Return Policy
If an order is prepaid using a credit or debit card, we offer our valued customers a refund to the same bank card or through other available payment methods.
If the order is returned and the payment method was Cash on Delivery, the customer is entitled to receive the refund from our branches or via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account or through a mobile wallet.
On our website, customers are not eligible to request a cash refund.
Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange or return an item for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, unopened, and the invoice is available.
